Veterinarian Needs
Running and successfully operating a veterinary practice is by no means simple. While most may imagine that “all” it takes is the skills to take care of and treat sick pets, a number of complex skills, including but not limited to accounting, strategic planning, and marketing, are very much needed as well.

While these piles of tasks and responsibilities can be delegated amongst staff, pursuing pet care and successfully running a vet practice still requires a potentially overwhelming full-time commitment. Aware of this, Scritch created its software and telehealth services to ease the process for vets, allowing them to simply focus on providing the best pet care they possibly can.
Whether as an independent veterinarian looking to start their own practice or as a provider wanting to grow their existing privately owned vet clinic, pet care providers can partner with Scritch by applying through the startup’s website. If accepted, the provider will be onboarded within two weeks.
Partnering with Scritch entails a steady stream of pet care clients and patients, courtesy of the startup’s team. Pet care providers will also gain access to Scritch’s AI-powered software, free of subscription fees, for day-to-day operations, along with a dedicated support team in case one runs into issues. As a partner and not a co-owner, Scritch will not own any percentage of equity but will instead take a small percentage out of revenue, with everything done upon agreement.
Pet Care Membership
Aside from aiding pet care providers, Scritch aims to accommodate pet parents as well, through the startup’s partners. Clients looking for pet care can do so through a membership priced at $189 per year that entails unlimited visits.
While most traditional vet clinics would charge about $70 to $80 for visitation and exam fees, Scritch’s annual membership covers all that. Clients will only be charged extra during visitations if further diagnostics and treatments are needed. The membership also includes a 10% discount for all services and products, with Scritch’s team breaking down and accounting for every cost and fee in detail for customers to ensure full transparency.

Vowing preparedness and readiness, Scritch has a 24/7 telemedicine team for customers to call or text anytime they are needed. Urgent care is also provided, with customers able to set next-day and same-day appointments.
With Scritch, vets can dedicate all of their time to providing high-quality and swift pet care treatments, with pet parents on the other side filled with relief.
