Automate Online Bookings with Bot-It
From Scheduling Golf Tee Times to Restaurant Reservations at Ease
Our modern era is filled with apps and websites designed to help humans receive goods and services easily. From restaurant reservations and food deliveries to purchasing concert tickets and even attending universities, pretty much everything can be done completely and/or partially online.
Advancements in AI, particularly, have pushed this online development further. In courtesy of AI-powered automation, humans aren’t even required to do most of the work anymore. Though most companies tend to utilize this tech in building automated tools for jobs in various industries, some make more consumer-based products.
Among these innovations is Bot-It, a company founded by Maurice Bachelor and Joel Griffith. Utilizing AI technology, Bot-It’s website and mobile app automate various online tasks, from restaurant reservations to golf tee time bookings.
Backed by the Sharks
Bot-It was built when Bachelor, a seasoned engineer with a graduate degree in Information Systems Technology and Computer Science from Cleveland State University, felt a gap in the market.
After over a decade of experience being an engineer and software developer in real estate firms, tech companies, and several startups, including his own, named SnapBatch, Bachelor grew aware of the times people spent on ordeals that could actually be automated.
Coupled with a little personal touch of watching his friend struggle to complete online tasks without easily finding a solution anywhere, Bachelor desired to build an affordable web and mobile app in which one can tell the system what websites they wish to automate, leaving the system to handle the task.
This wish is what led to Bot-It, which Bachelor launched with his founding partner and head of growth, Joel Griffith, back in 2021. A couple of years following this, the duo presented their company to Shark Tank billionaires Mark Cuban and Michael Rubin, seeking $150K in exchange for 10% of the company.

Cuban and Rubin relentlessly fought for the business and came up with a shared deal of $300K for 30% of Bot-It, each earning 15% equity. However, in investigating Bot-It and Shark Tank further through Mark Cuban’s investment website, a source finds that the deal never closed.
Bot Worry, Be Happy
Bot-It assists people in automating everyday online tasks that, though often smooth sailing courtesy of advanced technology, may still face errors like web crashes from overcrowding or mistaken double orders.
Instead of letting humans book appointments for golf tee times or reserve restaurants by manually filling in forms, Bot–It users can subscribe to the startup’s services for $9.99 to up to $275, depending on the features they choose to have, and utilize them to create Bots.

The Bots can be designed to book tennis and pickleball courts, reserve camping grounds, and provide many other customer-focused services, as the Bots are fully customizable. A pro subscription even allows people to jump the line for sneaker release draws or go through concert ticket wars.
While that may seem like a controversial business, as the work seems like that done by vicious and benevolent scalpers, Bot-It’s founders assure that its Bot’s ability and safeguards will instead have a positive impact. The duo believes that these Bots can arm “regular” people with a fighting chance to buy tickets at fair prices instead of succumbing to accepting unreasonably high prices charged by scalpers.
Work Hard, Play Hard
Aside from entertainment purposes, Bot-It also offers a Bot for more efficient business growth by automating tedious but vital processes throughout a business. Some of the Bot’s features include automating lead generation, streamlining business operations, and enhancing support services.
By utilizing Bot-It’s website and app, people won’t have to waste time repeating the same tasks, saving time and money with assured security. Designed to provide ease, users can get their Bots up and running in just a few simple steps.
